Helping clients tame their ADHD and live their most wonderful life!
I, too, have ADHD. I get the struggle. I can offer clients compassion, acceptance, and a light at the end of the tunnel.
I have been coaching for 30+ years. After a career in coaching leaders and executives, I have turned my focus to specializing in adults (from college age to seniors) with ADHD/executive functioning difficulties. I am passionate about helping others with this challenge and have learned that ADHD may limit us, but we also get to have some beautiful gifts. We are smart, empathetic, and creative problem solvers, just to name a few of our superpowers.
Our work together will focus on the client, as an individual. We will break down obstacles and highlight strengths. In the process, we’ll create strategies to use the client’s beautiful gifts. Everyone deserves to live their most wonderful life, with grace, confidence, and delight!
At the moment, all coaching is being done virtually, so clients anywhere can be accommodated.
My credentials:
