At Lighted House Coaching, Emily Zilber helps clients shape lives in which they can thrive. Together, we’ll partner to identify and build skills, systems, and mindsets grounded in individual needs, strengths, interests, and values. As we work through topics & challenges that are important to your life, we’ll unpack shame-based perspectives and build greater self-compassion and self-trust.
Emily’s career as an educator and museum professional, coach training, and lived experience directly support her client work. She is particularly interested in working with artists, creative professionals, people who identify as women or non-binary, adults with mid or late-in-life diagnoses, parents & caregivers, educators, high-achieving professionals, & people struggling with conditions that often co-occur with ADHD and neurodivergence, including disordered eating, depression, and anxiety.
Services I offer include:
One-on-one ADHD coaching
One-on-one creative coaching and consulting
Mentoring and career coaching for neurodivergent creatives
Writing support and coaching for neurodivergent individuals
Workshops and consulting for arts and culture organizations looking to better support and engage with their neurodivergent staff & audiences
